1½ cups digestive biscuits
½ cup melted butter
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup mango puree
Sugar (according to taste)
1 tbsp gelatin or 1 tsp of agar agar powder
Step-by-step method
Step 1: Preparing the biscuit base
- Let’s start by taking digestive biscuits. Crush the biscuits into a very fine mixture. The texture should feel smooth and there should not be any large pieces of biscuits.
- Then to this, add melted butter and mix well until all the crushed biscuits are evenly coated.
- Take a pan or a cake tin. Transfer the whole mixture into it and press it firmly into the bottom of the container so that it stays at place.
- To do so, you can use the back of a spoon or a flat glass to make it tight and even.
- The crushed biscuits base should feel firm and tight, it shouldn’t be loose and uneven. Place the tin in the refrigerator for at least 20 to 30 minutes to let it set.

Step 2: Preparation of mango filling
- Now take a bowl and add cream cheese to it. Beat the cream cheese until the texture of it becomes smooth and lump-free. But be careful not to overbeat it, just do it until it gets creamy.
- In another bowl, take chilled cream and whip it until the texture of it becomes soft and foamy.
